Okay, can there be anything cooler in Christian entertainment these days than The Chosen? Everyone loves the show. Need proof? They recently released a trailer featuring a Johnny Cash song that was viewed on YouTube 2.3 million times in the first week!
But that’s just the beginnning! All eight episodes of the beloved program’s Season 5 will be in theaters before Easter as a three-part Fathom release called THE CHOSEN: LAST SUPPER.
- Part One (Episodes 1-2) beginning March 28
- Part Two (Episodes 3-5) beginning April 4
- Part Three (Episodes 6-8) beginning April 11
Did we mention there will be binge showings both the weekend before and the weekend of Easter? Yep, many theaters will be showing all three parts—eight episodes—in the same day!

Oh, that’s not all with The Chosen … not by a long shot. Recently, creator and director Dallas Jenkins announced that Amazon Prime Video will now be the exclusive third-party streaming service for the show!
That means sometime after the theatrical run of THE CHOSEN: LAST SUPPER, the episodes that comprise the three parts will be available to at home only on Amazon Prime. You can learn more on the livestream Dallas hosted recently about this change.
