We will tackle the obvious question first. According to their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EKKL.Entertainment\">Facebook page<\/a>, \u201cthe name EKKL comes from the Greek word <em>ekklesia<\/em>, meaning a gathering of people brought together around what matters most.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among their initial offerings are <strong>LIGHT OF THE WORLD<\/strong> (the animated story of Jesus), <strong>THE BLIND<\/strong>, <strong>DISCIPLES IN THE MOONLIGHT<\/strong>, <strong>BETWEEN BORDERS<\/strong>, <strong>GOD\u2019S NOT DEAD<\/strong>, and many other favorites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to movies and television series, EKKL also provides podcasts, audio books, daily devotionals, community engagement, and member deals as they look to differentiate themselves from competitors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EKKL joins with the likes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.angel.com\/\">Angel<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/upfaithandfamily.com\/?ajs_aid=310b12d1-82f2-4597-b2bd-946200144b78\">Up Faith &amp; Family,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/watchwonderproject.com\/\">Wonder Project,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/gominno.com\/\">Minno<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yippee.tv\/\">Yippee<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pureflix.com\/\">Great American Pure Flix<\/a> as streaming options for you and your family.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like Wonder and Angel, EKKL will also have a movie-releasing component. <a href=\"https:\/\/faithfilmfan.com\/new-releases#elijah-peel\"><strong>ELIJAH PEEL<\/strong>,<\/a> which opens in theaters on August 14, is their next release.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EKKL is a partnership between Michael Scott, who started Pure Flix, and members of the Robertson family, including Willie and Korie. Zach Dasher is also part of EKKL leadership. In an <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2026\/biz\/news\/duck-dynasty-stars-willie-and-korie-robertson-ekkl-entertainment-1236802297\/\">article in Variety,<\/a> Michael said;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEKKL is built for families who want great stories, authentic voices, and experiences that add meaning to their lives.
