Following the passing of Phil Robertson in May of this year, a special edition of the movie is returning to theaters for five days over Labor Day Weekend\u2014Sunday, August 31 through Thursday, September 4.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the original movie, <a href=\"https:\/\/theblindmovie.com\/\"><strong>THE BLIND: A Phil Robertson Tribute<\/strong><\/a> includes an exclusive bonus tribute from the Robertson family to their patriarch. The movie tells the origin story of Phil and Miss Kay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Producer Zach Dasher, Phil\u2019s nephew, calls the movie \u201can incredible story of love and restoration that changed our family forever.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willie Robertson, Phil\u2019s son and an executive producer of the movie, adds, \u201cWithout what happens in <strong>THE BLIND<\/strong>, there would be no dynasty.
